Wellness Plan

This 12-week wellness plan includes a Initial Interview, Recommendations Visit, and 4 Follow Up Meetings including adjustments, motivation and education to reach your wellness goals. A re-evaluation with the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) will take place at the 9-week mark to assess progress.

Family Plan

This family plan is a 4-step process designed to serve as a starting point for changing the culture of food in your household and establishing healthy eating habits that nourish your body. A “planning your family meeting” session with one or both of the caregivers will kick off this plan and set the stage, followed by a pantry makeover, grocery walkalong, 8 weeks of meal planning services and 2 follow up meetings.

YES! All packages have the option to be held in-person, virtually, or a combination of both.

What is the NAQ?

The NAQ is the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire used as a tool to analyze the foundational support needed (digestion, blood sugar, fatty acids, minerals, etc.) based on symptoms and patterns presented. This tool provides great visual features to help you see where support is needed, but also to compare where growth has been made as you tackle your goals.
